Video: No serviceman has been killed or wounded by enemy fire on the RA border for 27 months, Rubinyan

We and our generations should not see war anymore. Ruben Rubinyan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' faction, stated this during a rally in Kapan.

"It has been exactly 27 months since no serviceman has been killed or wounded by enemy fire on the RA border," the MP said.
