The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan, commented on the recent revelation by the Anti-Corruption Committee regarding another incident of vote buying.

The parliamentary spokesperson noted that "Kalugatsu's associates have been caught again engaging in vote buying." He pointed out that there is a notable segment in the recording where the "thieves" uttered insults towards the voters of the Civil Contract party, which Rubinyan described as a new phrase in global politics.

“Kfuri and the threat of kfuri as a means of political propaganda. You understand, right? This is the level of Kalugatsu,” added Ruben Rubinyan.
