Large Fire in Yerevan: Body Discovered in Bathroom

On May 7, at 5:08 PM, the National Emergency Management Center received a call reporting a fire in a wagon-shed on Gusan Sherami Street in Yerevan. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, two fire and rescue teams from the Yerevan rescue department were dispatched to the scene.

The fire was contained by 5:44 PM and extinguished by 6:20 PM. Approximately 2 square meters of the shed’s roof and about 10 square meters of an adjoining structure were burned.

Firefighters discovered the body of P.K. in the bathroom of the adjacent building.
