President Pezeshkian Excludes Compliance with Unilateral US Demands

The President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, has stated to local media that the issue is that the United States is applying a maximum pressure policy against Tehran while simultaneously expecting the Islamic Republic of Iran to participate in negotiations.

“The problem is that on one hand, the United States is pursuing a maximum pressure policy against our country, and on the other hand, they expect the Islamic Republic of Iran to sit at the negotiation table and ultimately comply with the unilateral demands of the United States. Such a formula is unrealistic and impossible,” said Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
