Mobile Internet Unavailable in Moscow and St. Petersburg

In Russia's two largest cities, disruptions in mobile internet services have been reported, affecting even resources included in the whitelist. In St. Petersburg, there has been a sharp increase in user complaints since midnight, and the situation has yet to stabilize. In Moscow, the problems reportedly started in the morning hours. Notably, even the so-called "whitelisted" services remain inaccessible.

Previously, mobile operators had issued a warning about potential mobile internet outages in Moscow and St. Petersburg between May 5 and 9.
