Details of Discussions between Rubinyan and Kılıç Revealed

During the "Yerevan Dialogue" conference, the special representatives for the normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey, Rubén Rubinyan and Serdar Kılıç, met to discuss the progress of the normalization process. Both sides positively assessed the recent meeting of the joint working group on the restoration and operation of the Gyumri-Kars railway.

In this context, the special representatives emphasized the mutual interest of both countries in the prompt re-launch of the railway. Additionally, the officials addressed the signing of the memorandum for the joint restoration of the historic bridge at Ani (part of the Silk Road). They noted that this initiative would promote bilateral cooperation, develop institutional ties, and hold significant importance for the development of regional tourism.
