Armenia and France Exchange Memorandum on New Financing Program

As a result of French President Emmanuel Macron's state visit to the Republic of Armenia, a ceremony was held for the signing of a joint declaration and the exchange of documents.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and French President Emmanuel Macron signed the joint declaration on the establishment of strategic partnership between the Republic of France and the Republic of Armenia.

The Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia Vahe Hakobyan and Deputy Director-General of the French Development Agency Bertrand Valceanu exchanged the memorandum of understanding regarding a new multi-year financing program for public policy in Armenia between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the French Development Agency.
