Video: Armenia and the United Kingdom Exchange Strategic Partnership Declaration

During the summit of the European Political Community, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. The Prime Minister emphasized the significance of Mr. Starmer's visit to Armenia, describing it as historic, as it marks the first visit of a UK Prime Minister to the Republic of Armenia.

Nikol Pashinyan expressed confidence that the outcomes of this visit and meeting will give a new impetus to bilateral relations, fostering development and expansion of cooperation in various directions.

Keir Starmer thanked for the warm hospitality and the high-level organization of the European Political Community summit. The UK Prime Minister underscored the importance of expanding multifaceted cooperation with Armenia.

The two leaders exchanged views on both bilateral agendas and regionally significant issues. As a result of the meeting, Nikol Pashinyan and Keir Starmer exchanged a joint declaration on strategic partnership between the Republic of Armenia and the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
