There Are Red Lines in Our Team: Robert Kocharyan
During a meeting with young people and members of the "Hayastan" faction, Robert Kocharyan, in response to the prospect of Armenia becoming a European model country, stated that building a democratic state with protected citizens is undoubtedly possible.
Addressing the value system, the second president emphasized that his political team has "red lines." He stressed that dishonesty is unacceptable for him, and throughout his political career, he has remained true to his word.
Regarding his time in office, Kocharyan drew a parallel with receiving money from an ATM, noting that the state budget consists of funds collected from citizens' taxes. According to him, the government is obligated to implement programs with that money, and expecting gratitude or constantly talking about what has been done is incomprehensible and unacceptable.
The former president stated that working with public funds is a duty, not a charity done with personal funds that requires advertising.
