Armenia and the EU are Together on This Path, Says European Council President

The President of the European Council has stated that this summit will be remembered in history as an event dedicated to peace in the Caucasus.

According to him, such a result has been made possible due to persistent diplomatic efforts and bold political decisions. Antoniu Costea declared, “The fact that Armenia is hosting the summit, and the fact that we are all here today, clearly demonstrates Armenia’s geopolitical direction. Armenia and the EU are together on this path. Europe must work comprehensively with Armenia to ensure peace and stability in the entire region. Lasting peace and stability are rooted in resilient democratic frameworks and strong economic ties among neighbors.”
