Lukoil Oil Refinery Facility Attacked in Perm

The governor has confirmed that an attack occurred on "one of the industrial facilities in Perm Krai," but did not specify the name of the facility. Eyewitness footage suggests that the facility may have been a reservoir.

“Today, a drone has fallen on an industrial facility in Perm Krai. Employees are in protective structures. There are no injuries or significant damage. There is no threat to the lives and health of residents. There is no chemical hazard. Emergency services are working at the scene. There is a 'Drone Threat' in the area,” wrote Dmitry Makhonin, the governor of Perm Krai, on Telegram.
