VIDEO: 378,615 Armenians Emigrated from Armenia During the Rule of the Oligarch's Brother, Rubinyan

During the rule of the Republican brother of the oligarch from Kaluga, 378,615 Armenians emigrated from Armenia. Moreover, in our time, by 2025, 8,660 Armenians have already immigrated for the first time. This was stated by Ruben Rubinyan, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, on his Facebook page, where he also shared a related video.
