"One moment, I see that the Kaluga oligarch says that Armenia has spoken or is speaking with blackmail alongside its allies. So, when the President of Belarus recounted how he participated in Azerbaijan's preparations for the 44-day war, was that our blackmail? When the President of Belarus said, 'Who needs Armenia? No one is waiting for or accepting Armenia anywhere,' was that our blackmail?" stated Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in a video posted on his Facebook page.

"Or let's go back to before the revolution. If we were blackmailing back then, why weren’t they blackmailing before the revolution? They were behaving smartly. Where did the proposals regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh issue in 2016 come from? How were they born? Who was blackmailing, yet we were not there at that time? And how did the preceding events happen? Now we need to understand who this Kaluga oligarch is even representing, and this question should have been addressed back in 2020 when the Kaluga oligarch was calling for Armenia and Azerbaijan to return to the negotiating table from a neutral position. Such statements were made by foreign individuals and foreign actors. Why has this question not been answered until today?" the Prime Minister added. More in the video.
