VIDEO: Samvel Karapetyan’s Son Appeals to Macron

Samvel Karapetyan's son, Sargis Karapetyan, has addressed French President Emmanuel Macron in a video message: "You are coming to Armenia at the invitation of a man whom you call your friend, but who is an enemy of the Armenian people. Nikol Pashinyan is not what he claims to the international community, deceiving it while hiding behind democratic values. He has led the country into legal chaos, attacking our church, the Diaspora, and his political opponents. Before the elections, you are giving him another opportunity to deceive the Armenian people. That meeting is pointless, as in two months, Samvel Karapetyan will be the Prime Minister of Armenia. He is under house arrest; if democratic values are important to you, we invite you to meet with him," said Karapetyan.
