The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has stated that he does not consider himself an emperor and lacks the global influence resources of US and Russian leaders.

The Belarusian leader emphasized that, unlike Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, he does not have the capacity to impose his will on a global scale, as he does not possess the relevant levers of power.

Speaking about the presidents of the United States and Russia, Lukashenko described them as "great men." He stated, "I am not an emperor like Trump or Putin," highlighting the differences in capabilities between himself and the mentioned leaders.
