“I am a strict person from the perspective of discipline,” said the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, during a meeting with young people.
“The state system must work like a clock. Otherwise, success cannot be achieved in the country. But that doesn’t mean that you are only a commander for your entire life,” Kocharyan added.
