“We solved one question, and got three new ones,” said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government meeting, referring to the issues that have arisen on the roads.

“There came a point where the roads are being cleared and maintained significantly better. Then the snow melts, and we see that as a result of the maintenance of these roads, a layer of sand has formed along the edges, which becomes a source of dust during hot weather,” Pashinyan added.
