“Here’s what happens when a hopeless person becomes Prime Minister. Is that the speech of a Prime Minister?” said Karapetyan.
“I fear you will turn from a billionaire into a homeless person by the end of the year,” Pashinyan had said, addressing the candidate for Prime Minister from the ‘Strong Armenia’ party, Samvel Karapetyan.
