Minister of Internal Affairs Discusses Fines for Stopping in the Second Lane

Auroranews.am continues to pose questions raised by radio listeners to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Arpine Sargsyan.

One listener asked about fines imposed on taxi drivers: "The fines are excessively high, and since there is no option to stop in the first lane, you end up waiting in the second lane for more than 20 seconds and get fined. The same issue exists at Zvartnots Airport."

"The allocated time is never sufficient, but we also see that it creates a traffic congestion situation in parallel. We have responded by increasing the allowed time, but we face the second problem as well. For more details, watch the video."
