Ukraine has proposed an energy ceasefire to Russia. This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“If Russia stops attacking Ukraine's energy system, we will respond in the same way. Our proposal has already been conveyed to the Russian side through the Americans,” the Ukrainian president stated.
