Trump's Ultimatum and Pezeshkian's Response

The President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, has expressed curiosity about whether the threats made by his American counterpart, Donald Trump, regarding the return of the republic to the "Stone Age," could be considered a "massive act of military crime."

"I posed this question to my Finnish colleague, who is a lawyer. History is full of examples of those who have paid a high price for remaining silent in the face of criminals," Mr. Pezeshkian wrote on social media platform X.

On April 2, Donald Trump announced an impending "extremely powerful blow" to be dealt to Iran within the next two to three weeks, which would return the country to the Stone Age. According to him, "that is exactly where they belong." The American president promised to complete military operations against Iran within the same timeframe.
