Trump Claims Macron's Wife Treats Him Poorly, He’s Still Recovering from Jaw Injury

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that he had a phone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron regarding the possibility of unblocking the Strait of Hormuz. According to him, Macron did not support this initiative.

“I called France, to Macron, whose wife treats him very poorly, and he is still recovering from a jaw injury, but he declined me,” the U.S. president said.

Trump added several personal observations about Macron, which he presented as his own assessment. Meanwhile, there has been no official response from France regarding these statements.

It is worth noting that the Strait of Hormuz is considered a strategically important maritime route, the security of which has frequently been the subject of international discussions.
