Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan's Son's Restraint Measure Changed

The restraint measure for Spartak Ghukasyan, the son of Gyumri's Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan, has been changed to house arrest. It was previously reported that a motion had been filed to arrest Spartak Ghukasyan in court.

According to the Investigative Committee, a public criminal prosecution has been initiated against one individual during the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings initiated in the Investigative Committee, under Article 297, Part 2, Points 1 and 3 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed by a group of individuals using information or communication technologies).
