Arman Tatoyan, the head of the political initiative "Wings of Unity", stated during a meeting with citizens that Armenia belongs to all Armenians around the world.
“When an Armenian comes to Armenia, that’s how it should be: welcomed with a red carpet from the airport, so they feel they have come home,” he said.
