Strong Winds and Wet Snow Precipitations Expected

The Republic of Armenia is expected to experience precipitation from March 27 to 31 in most regions. In mountainous areas, this will take the form of wet snow, while pre-mountain and valley regions will also see similar wet snow. On March 27, significant precipitation is anticipated in Syunik and some mountainous regions, accompanied by low horizontal visibility.

This information has been reported by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

From March 27 to 30, isolated areas will also experience strong winds with speeds of 13-17 m/s. The air temperature will gradually decrease by 2-4 degrees during the daytime on March 27-28.

In Yerevan, rain is also expected at intervals from March 27 to 31. On the afternoon of March 27, temperatures will be 10-12 degrees Celsius, while in the evening hours, temperatures will drop to around +8...+10 degrees.
