Iran's Army Spokesperson: We Intend to Use New Weapons Against the US and Israel

The spokesperson for the Iranian army, Mohammad Akraminia, has announced that Iranian military forces are planning to use new weapons against the United States and Israel, according to the Fars news agency. "In the coming days of war, we will utilize more advanced weapons," he stated.

Previously, the US and Israel had planned to persuade the Syrian leadership to participate in the conflict against the radical Shiite Islamist group Hezbollah in Lebanon. Reports indicate that Damascus has firmly rejected all requests.

Earlier, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the start of a new wave of extensive strikes against Iran. At the same time, Israeli forces are hitting Hezbollah targets in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.
