Arman Tsarukyan Again Among the World's Top 15 Fighters
Arman Tsarukyan has eliminated Max Holloway, making a return to the UFC's top fighters list (P4P).
The Armenian mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter and UFC's second-ranked lightweight fighter, Arman Tsarukyan, has re-entered the top 15 pound-for-pound rankings of the organization. According to the new ranking chart released by the promotion's press service, the 29-year-old Tsarukyan now occupies the 15th position.
He has displaced the former featherweight champion, American Max Holloway, who recently lost to Charles Oliveira in his last fight. The Brazilian fighter has improved his standings, rising to the 11th position.
Arman Tsarukyan is in excellent physical condition and boasts an impressive series of 5 consecutive victories. He last stepped into the octagon in November of the previous year at the UFC Fight Night 265 event in Qatar, where he secured a notable victory over the renowned New Zealander Dan Hooker via submission in the second round.
In his professional career, Tsarukyan has participated in a total of 26 fights, winning 23 and losing 3 (his UFC record stands at 10 wins and 2 losses).
It’s worth noting that the UFC's P4P rankings continue to be led by Islam Makhachev, with Ilia Topuria (2) and Khamzat Chimaev (3) rounding out the top three.
