News in Brief: Political Developments in Armenia and International Tensions

• Robert Kocharyan and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) have announced that they will participate in the upcoming elections together as the "Armenia" alliance. The alliance has also been joined by the "Prowess" party and several public figures.
