Trump Talks About Iran's Newly Elected Supreme Leader

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that the United States could destroy Iran within an hour, but he expresses compassion for the Iranian people.

“I can destroy Iran's significant sites within the next hour. In an hour, you will read about the destruction of power plants. We can do such terrible things that they will never be able to recover as a nation. We are not doing that. We are trying to be polite on this issue,” Trump remarked.

Speaking about Iran's newly elected supreme leader, he stated, “I believe Mojtaba Khamenei is probably alive, but injured. He is not the person his father wanted. You asked if he is alive or not. Many people are trying to figure that out.”
