First Flight of Turkish Airlines Arrives at Zvartnots from Istanbul
The inaugural flight of Turkish Airlines has arrived at Zvartnots International Airport from Istanbul International Airport.
The welcoming ceremony was attended by Stepan Payaslian, Deputy Chair of the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia; Marcelo Vanden, Director of Armenia International Airports; Sergey Avetisyan, General Manager; Hussein Ozbek, Sales Deputy Director for Eastern European countries of Turkish Airlines; and Kenan Injen, General Manager for Georgia and Armenia, along with other guests.
It is worth noting that flights on the Istanbul - Yerevan - Istanbul route will operate daily, and starting from May 14, the flight frequency will increase to 10 times a week. From June 15, there will be 14 flights weekly.
