Who Is the Woman Who Fired Shots at Rihanna's House?
The New York Post reports that the woman who fired shots at singer Rihanna's (real name: Robyn Rihanna Fenty) Beverly Hills home was captivated by her and other American performers on social media, posting strange messages and videos.
"The police have identified the suspect as 35-year-old Ivanna Ortiz, who has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder... A few weeks before the shooting, Ortiz posted a number of disconnected messages and videos on social media that referenced several celebrities, particularly Rihanna," the publication states.
It is noted that in several posts, Ortiz made hostile and derogatory comments about the singer, explicitly labeling her in her posts. The publication highlights that in addition to Rihanna, she also wrote similar content about rapper Cardi B, and in 2025, she even filed a lawsuit to stop pop star Billie Eilish's concert, claiming that the organizers did not obtain the necessary permits to hold the event.
Ortiz also operated a YouTube channel where she released a series of documentary videos chronicling a 60-day prayer marathon.
