Who is Samvel Karapetyan really gathering votes and mandates for? This was discussed in a video posted on Facebook by MP Vahagan Aleksanyan.
“He cannot be a candidate for deputy or prime minister; he hasn't even renounced his citizenship of Russia and Cyprus. I have no doubt that the real owner of these votes must be a prominent figure from the former oligarchy, but who exactly that is, let them say themselves,” he stated.
