‘We Were Boys, We Kept It’: Serzh Sargsyan

According to the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, the famous phrase from Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s interview, ‘You are boys, keep Artsakh’, was directed at the current authorities. In a conversation with reporters in the courthouse yard, Sargsyan stated, 'We were boys, we kept it.' He recalled that the statement was likely made during the pre-election period.

'I have been in power at all times and have held quite high positions. I can also attribute that phrase to myself. Yes, I answer you: yes, we were boys and we kept it,' emphasized the third president.
