Light Snow Falling in Several Regions of Armenia: Road Conditions Update

As of February 26 at 19:35, all interstate and republican roads in the Republic of Armenia are open. Organizations responsible for road maintenance continue to work on cleaning and treating the roads with salt and sand.

The Road Department reports that light snow is falling in the regions of Ani, Ashotsk, Aparan, and Aragats, while in the Tavush region, there is sleet mixed with rain. The Talin, Tumanyan, and Noyemberyan regions are experiencing dry weather.

In the Tavush region, there is fog on the roads, reducing visibility to 80-100 meters.
