Return of Kocharian and Two Oligarchs Means Return of Corruption: Rubinyan

The Civil Contract party is not in a state of panic. The Civil Contract presents its vision for the future, contrary to that of the opposition. This was stated by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan during a parliamentary briefing.

“As a representative of the Civil Contract, I insist that the return of Kocharian and two oligarchs signifies the return of corruption,” said Deputy Speaker Rubinyan.
