New Details Emerge in the Murder of Actress Arsiné Navassardian's Son
New details have emerged regarding the murder of actress Arsiné Navassardian's son, which took place on February 16 in Zovuni. This was reported by ‘Zhoghovurd’.
According to preliminary information, the incident began due to a minor reprimand at a food establishment. The actress's son, Ruben, had visited the food point in Zovuni for a break with friends, where he noticed that one of the attendees was mocking an elderly man. After intervening, a verbal altercation ensued, which escalated into insults and a physical fight.
During the confrontation, it was reported that 45-year-old Armen Zakaryan, who had been assaulted, used a hunting shotgun registered in his name and fired a shot, injuring Ruben G.
After the incident, Zakaryan attempted to flee but was found shortly after by police officers in the area of Zovuni. He was arrested on suspicion of causing serious bodily harm and was taken to the appropriate authorities.
The injured 31-year-old Ruben G. passed away three days later, on February 19, in the intensive care unit of Armenia Medical Center, without regaining consciousness. Armen Zakaryan is currently in custody, and the investigation is ongoing.
