VIDEO: Torosyan on the Procedure for Providing Birth Benefits

During the previous meeting of the government, we finalized the procedure for granting benefits for the birth of a third and subsequent child. From now on, this is considered a state benefit. This was announced by the Minister of Health, Arsen Torosyan, in a video posted on his Facebook page.

He also provided information on how much money is allocated to families for the birth of a third child within one year, assuming the monthly benefit amount is 50,000 drams.

“Thanks to the benefit, we are already seeing an increase in the birth rate of third children, which is very important both from a demographic perspective and for families,” he said.
