Rain, Snow, and Blizzard Expected: Weather Forecast in Armenia

From February 23 to 25, and during the night of the 26th, precipitation is expected in various regions of the Republic. In pre-mountainous and valley areas, this will take the form of rain, while mountainous regions can expect snow and mixed precipitation.

Late evening on February 26 and on the 27th, significant precipitation is anticipated in many regions. In pre-mountainous and valley areas, this will include mixed precipitation and rain, while mountainous areas will see snow, and certain mountainous regions may experience blizzards with low horizontal visibility.

The wind will be south-west at 2-5 m/s. The air temperature during the daytime from February 24 to 27 across the republic is expected to drop by an additional 5-8 degrees.

In Yerevan, on February 23, dry weather is expected. On February 24-25, and during the night of the 26th, there will be occasional short-term rain. In the evening on February 26 and on the 27th, precipitation is expected in the form of mixed rain and snow.
