Iran Warns US: Retaliatory Measures Will Be Taken

Iran has announced that in the event of possible military aggression against it, all bases and resources of hostile forces in the region will be considered legitimate targets. This was stated in a letter from Iran's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Amir Saeed Iravani.

According to the TASS news agency, the letter was sent to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and the President of the Security Council, James Kariuki. The document emphasizes that in the event of such developments, Iran will undertake decisive retaliatory measures.

The letter also notes that the United States will bear full and direct responsibility for any possible unpredictable and uncontrollable consequences.
