Russia and the United States Maintain Pragmatic Relations: Lavrov

Russia and the United States maintain pragmatic relations as both sides recognize each other's national interests, stated Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

“US President Donald Trump said something that seemed quite elementary for a normal person, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed it, as did Vice President J.D. Vance. This is the essence of the matter,” said Lavrov.

He added that disagreements always exist—some being more significant with some partners and less with others, while with some, the disagreements are more serious.
