According to former CEO of HETC, Davit Ghazinyan, the number of accidents has increased by approximately 40%. He stated this during a press conference.

“They claim that it hasn't increased, but we all, at least visually, see what is happening. There is a dual authority in HETC, and we know everything,” he emphasized.

Ghazinyan added that in this case, they cannot escape anywhere, as they are deceiving, and the commission will naturally pay no attention to any of this, resulting in a widespread atmosphere of lies related to deception and discrediting.
