Russian Gas to Be Supplied to Iran
Iran is preparing to sign a contract with Russia regarding the supply of gas. This was announced by Iran's ambassador to Moscow, Kazem Jalali.
According to him, the Iranian side sees no obstacles to the implementation of the project. Jalali noted that discussions have already been held with senior Russian officials, and after the signing of the contract, the project can move into the practical phase.
The ambassador also stated that resolving the project's technical issues could take about two to three years. He mentioned that after that phase, it would be possible to begin the supply of Russian gas to the Islamic Republic.
