Where and How Are Opposition Lists Formed? Arthur Hovhannisyan

Member of the National Assembly from the "Civil Contract" faction, Arthur Hovhannisyan, has published a video on Facebook, noting that he has reviewed some media reports regarding the electoral lists of the ruling party and has raised a question.

"So where and how are opposition lists formed? Inside Armenia or outside? How are fundraising activities conducted, and who participates in them?" Hovhannisyan questioned.
