It Was an Obvious Fake Trial: Mane Tandilyan

The Baku court has announced the 'sentences' of the captured military-political leadership of Artsakh. Mane Tandilyan, co-founder and president of the 'Country of Living' party, wrote about this on her Facebook page:

‘It was an obvious fake trial, where all the rights of our compatriots were violated. It has no legal basis and blatantly serves the purpose of political manipulation aimed at Armenia and Artsakh. The authorities of Armenia and the international community must intervene and express a clear position. The release of our compatriots must become a priority in political and legal terms. Fake trials have no and can never have legitimacy. However, this can damage the peaceful coexistence of peoples. Until the last person returns from Azerbaijani captivity to Armenia, this issue will remain on my political and personal agenda,’” she wrote.
