Peskov on the Tensions Surrounding Iran
Russia continues to work with all interested parties and is ready to support the de-escalation of tensions surrounding Iran within its means. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, the issue of the possible transfer of enriched uranium by Iran has long been on the agenda. Russia has previously offered its participation as a potential option that could alleviate concerns among several countries regarding this matter.
Peskov noted that Moscow views this offer as a technical and political solution that could reduce tensions and eliminate certain sensitive factors in international relations.
According to the Kremlin representative, Russia is currently continuing its communications with all interested parties and remains willing to contribute to the de-escalation of the situation around Iran by utilizing existing diplomatic opportunities.
