EU Ambassadors Summoned to Iran's Foreign Ministry, Says Esmail Baghaei

All ambassadors of the European Union accredited in Tehran have been summoned to Iran's Foreign Ministry, spokesperson Esmail Baghaei announced during a press briefing.

According to him, the summoning of European ambassadors by the Foreign Ministry is a minimum step in response to the EU's designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization, and further measures in this direction will be taken.

"We are discussing numerous retaliatory measures and have developed several options. These options have been proposed to decision-making bodies. A decision regarding actions in response to the EU's illegal and erroneous decision may be made in the coming days," Baghaei stated.
