Peskov Responds to Zelensky's Statement

The Kremlin has noted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's statements regarding plans to not surrender Donbas and the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant without a fight. This was announced by Dmitry Peskov, press secretary for the President of Russia.

“It should be noted that the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant has been under the control of Russia for more than two years. This raises the question: is the Kyiv regime prepared to take back the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant by force?” Peskov stated.

Earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky had declared that Ukraine would not surrender Donbas and the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant to the Russians without a struggle.
