Congress Plans to Initiate Proceedings Against Former President Clinton
Former U.S. President Bill Clinton and his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, have declined to appear before Congress for closed hearings related to financier Jeffrey Epstein’s case, according to a report by the New York Times citing the couple's letter.
Earlier, the U.S. Congress and its Republican president James Comer had threatened to pursue criminal charges against the Clintons for their non-appearance.
