Transport Collapse in Paris: 15% of Flights Canceled

A transport collapse has occurred in Paris due to snowfall. Levon Azizyan, the director of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, reported on this issue.
“The total length of traffic jams has exceeded 1000 km. 15% of flights have been canceled,” Azizyan stated.
