Number of Russian Soldiers on the Battlefield No Longer Increasing, Says Zelensky

The number of Russian soldiers on the battlefield is no longer increasing. The figures for casualties and mobilizations have balanced out. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Until this year, the Russians were mobilizing up to 43,000 soldiers per month, but for the first time, the number of mobilized troops has equaled the irretrievable losses, the Ukrainian president announced in an interview with Fox News. According to him, this means that the size of the Russian army is no longer expanding.

Zelensky hopes that the war will be fully resolved by 2026; otherwise, Putin may resort to mobilization. However, for now, he claims that the Russian leader is forced to sign contracts due to public discontent.
